Arthritis is inflammation of one or more joints. It is usually accompanied by pain and stiffness. There are different forms of arthritis…as age advances we found it more difficult. Here I want to give some simple herbs and tips for it. Hope it will be helpful for everyone. Herbs:- 1) Alfalfa contains all the minerals essential for bone formation, & may be helpful for arthritis.
